  • Sajit is a Co-founder of Constance and leads the Management Consulting group. He was previously working with various Big 4s before founding Constance.

  • His experience has been primarily in delivering Business Transformation services and Turnaround services.

  • Given his significant operational and technology related experience, he adds significant value on both buy-side and sell-side transactions as part of pre-acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition/merger integration.

Anita Chua

  • Anita started her career as an external auditor in a Big 4 Firm in Malaysia and thereafter worked in Big 4 Firms in London and Dubai; however, focusing and delivering on consulting engagements.

  • Given her strong finance and accounting background, she has been instrumental in leading various Finance Transformations as well as Financial Due Diligence at Constance.

  • She also has acquired local experience within the financial services sector in the UAE with both Central Bank and DIFC regulated entities

  • Arjun started his career with a Big 4 working on implementing Strategic Performance Improvement through key organizational and operational transformations. Typical engagements include improvement of processes, establishing customer retention and revenue enhancement strategies while directly addressing C-level KPIs.

  • He also managed large IT transformations projects with the Government of India.

  • At Constance, he has been primarily delivering operational advisory solutions and has worked on various projects entailing Big Data to optimize portfolios, enhance revenues and reduce costs.
